Sample & onboarding
Backfilled once at onboarding (Sep 26, 2026): the 20% most recent launches, capped at 1,000 it scales with the launchpad up to the cap. Launches since onboarding are tracked in full via the hourly rotation this is a one-time sizing rule, not an ongoing sampling limit.
